The Outcome & Benefits
RXP Hong Kong worked closely with the Client to determine their ICT strategy and roadmap to ensure effective management of health services for years to come. RXP implemented an Information Management Strategy and a clear Long-Term Roadmap to ensure information and data capabilities are seamlessly integrated to build an effective evidence base for service delivery. This created the foundation to support policy formulation, research, evaluation, reporting and monitoring. This Information Management Strategy provides directional focus to guide investment and resourcing decisions for information management. This also enables the client to make best use of its information assets to achieve future goals. As a bonus, whilst onsite, RXP consultants also partnered with the marketing team for a go-to market plan for one of their initiatives.
